We do not sell or share your information outside of the people and companies involved in the referencing process.
Our technology infrastructure makes use of servers located inside Australia. Apart from this, we do not typically transfer personal information offshore.
If we transfer information outside of Australia, we will only do so with your consent or otherwise in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We will require that the recipient of the information complies with privacy laws and contractual obligations to maintain the security of the data.

Referoo has an agreement with our clients to collect references on behalf of candidates. In order for Referoo to contact referees, candidates must first gain permission for Referoo to email their referees.
